SYNOPSIS
Raj (Salman Khan) comes from Goa to Mumbai to become a successful singer. In Mumbai he stays with his buddy Abdul (Neeraj Vora). Raj is not successful in fulfilling his dreams and decides to go back to Goa. But luck changes course; on the way back, he sees Pooja (Rani Mukherjee) who has fled from her home (to marry Romi) has met with an car accident. Raj takes Pooja to the hospital. Pooja has slipped into coma (but her eyes are open). Raj is mistaken by Pooja's family as her husband. Raj also hides his identity and also sees a chance to become a big singer with the help of Pooja's rich family.
Then enters Jhanvi (Preity Zinta), Pooja's best friend who comes from America. Raj falls in love with Jhanvi and Jhanvi also starts loving Raj when she comes to know that he is not Pooja's husband. Then the twist in the film when Pooja comes out of the coma and expresses her love towards Raj. Raj is now in a dilemma whom to choose.
